I was actually late to my appointment on a Saturday and I was still seen and my car serviced in no time. The man was very nice and helpful with my issue and future service.

I chose 4☆ because when I picked up my car, the wheel that they put a new tire on had a chip in the black powder cote (passenger side rear tire). I had to drive back to the service center to show the chip to Joe Nance. I was told that he would pass it on to shop manager, Dillon on Monday 06, 2025. I have yet to hear from anyone.
