Everything went smooth. I arrived an hour early and the staff encouraged me to stay and they would work my vehicle in as soon as possible. Staff was friendly.

Had appointment at 10:00 and did not leave until 12:30 and was supposed to have 2 recalls done. These were software updates and he was only able to do one, told me the second one would not work, and it still took over two hours.

Serra was good, we should have tested and made sure the myVW app was working. Spent 2+ hrs at the dealership getting it working. No green light on the overhead buttons and VW could not make it work remotely.

My vehicle failed suddenly on the interstate in a very remote area in the evening. My RA found me a tow service and got it to safety. The next day, I contacted 3 different dealerships, with Joe at Serra Volkwagen being the winner to my out-of-town-on-a-holiday-weekend emergency. Easy, professional, and reasurring!
