I decided to get my oil changed out at Serra Volkswagen. I was late about 15 minutes. They still did my tire rotation and balances. I really appreciate that. After that I was told that they charged more on oil changes over here than they do at Royal Volkswagen. I was given a discount. But I wasn’t told why the prices are different.

I came there Saturday for an oil change and everyone was very nice but Monday morning when I get in my car to leave work my low oil light came on and I check it to find to my surprise that there is barely any oil in the car. I had to go the gas station and buy 2 bottles of oil for $20 that I barely had because I just spent $163 for an oil change. So was just informing you about what happened

Went for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 2 1/2 hrs to do a 45 min - 1hr job. Nobody even thought to question why until I spoke up and it still didn’t get questioned. As I left headed down the road my tire gauge light comes on. Which should’ve been also part of the safety inspection. But was not done
