    First, the people were great and provided top tier service. Very friendly and the service we needed was completed to our satisfaction. My complaint is that what was a 5 hour repair took 3 days. The vehicle sat for 2 days and was started on the 3rd. This was a significant inconvenience being down a vehicle with a family of 4 that has varying schedules. Josh was kind enough to offer a rental for the 3rd day. What’s the purpose of scheduling a service appointment when you accept a vehicle with a 2 day backlog? I would have rather been told to bring the car back in 2 days OR someone contact me ahead of time to reschedule. This was a basic warranty repair and recall repair, so not a critical issue that needed immediate attention. Again, the people were all great but the system needs to operate better. This leads to angry customers and service providers who have to deal with them unnecessarily. Hope this feedback helps!
