    all service is good, all the staff are kind and professional, i have only one doubt, cause when i scheduled my appointment for service online the amount to pay show $0 usd and when arrived to the volkswagen shop they told me the amount to pay is $180 usd, i just like to see the same amount when i schedule any service online to avoid surprisses or disagreements, thanks team.

    Brought my car in for new brakes, ended up having my electronic brake system break while under the care of the technician. Now its my responsibility to pay $1200 to have it fixed when it wasn't broken to begin with. I should NOT have to pay for something that was NOT my fault! Will not return to have service done here.

    I had my vehicle serviced (oil change, filter change, tires rotated, etc.) after I picked up my vehicle and drove 10 miles my low tire pressure light came on and I had to stop at a quick tire shop. The quick tire shop informed me that I had a nail in my tire. It seems like something like that should’ve been seen during the tire rotation and I should’ve been informed, but I was not.
