Feel like we got scammed. We came in with a specific problem, no one could figure it out yet we got billed for it and left with a repair that made no sense. Always had issues with VW service at Serra. Considering trading out of VW to avoid this in the future.

I believe that they performed more work than what was needed and still hadn't fix the original problem. So far, the charge for work performed is $3770.00 which I find to be outrageous with another charge of $700.00 awaiting completion of additional work being performed. I feel that the staff at Serra Volkswagen is very in computed.
